mH2O to bar Conversion Table

A water column height in metres can be converted into a hydrostatic water pressure in bar with the following calculation:

  • 1 bar = 100000 pascals (Pa)
  • 1 mH2O = 9806.65 pascals (Pa)
  • bar value x 100000 Pa = mH2O value x 9806.65 Pa
  • bar value = mH2O value x 0.0980665
