We are looking for an indicator with HMI software to show a machine operator the amount of force generated by a hydraulic puller-tensioner used for power line stringing. We would also like a way of to show graphs of real-time trending of the pressure in bar and formulas to convert the pressure to a force in kilonewtons. We would need a separate pressure sensor which would be connected to the hydraulic pipe and wired back to the indicator logger. The maximum pressure of the tensioner is 600 bar.
We would suggested the CMC-N16 wall mounted indicator and datalogger combined with a DMP 333 high pressure transmitter.
The CMC-N16 includes the HMI which can be custom configure to provide a reading in bar and kilonewtons and the necessary real-time trend graphs all on the same screen if necessary.
There are mathematical functions to allow you to apply the conversion factor unique to your tensioner equipment to the pressure reading, and convert it to kilonewtons (kN) force.
