How do you convert a square root extraction 4-20mA analog signal to a linear 0-100% scale?

The formula for converting a 4-20mA pressure signal configured as a square root extraction to a linear percentage of full scale pressure reading is as follows:

[Linear Reading (%FS)] = ([SqRt Output (mA)] – 4)² x 100/256
