I’m looking for differential pressure transmitters to use on Nitrogen and/or air containing low levels of flammable solvents. The most corrosive solvent present will be Methylene Chloride (Dichloromethane) vapour at 1-5 %v/v. Also Toluene, MEK, and Acetone are typically present also. PTFE seals would be ideal as Viton seals will not be suitable. The transmitter will need to be ATEX approved for zone 1, gas group IIB, temperature class T3 or better with a 4-20 milli-amp output. The available power supply is 24Vdc. The dp range will be -100mmWG to +100mmWG.
The DPT200 will measure over the low range specified, and has the option for PTFE seals with all Stainless Steel 316L connection ports & diaphragm.
