We need a system to monitor overpressure, temperature and humidity for a new cleanroom that we will be extending. It will consist of 4 zones and we would like to be able to monitoring temperature and humidity in each of these different zones, as well as overpressure from the cleanroom zones to general areas.
We would suggest the ProSens range of devices interfacing back to a central MultiCon display & logger, this would be a cost effective method of monitoring all areas and linking it all onto a simple interface and network:
- 4 x Prosens local displays to be installed in each cleanroom zone with integrated temperature and humidity sensors
- 4 x DPS300 differential pressure sensor connected for each of the ProSens units
- 1 x MultiCon central multichannel input display, logger & interface
The ProSens & DPS300 devices will be installed in each cleanroom zone to display pressure, temperature and humidity. They will all be connected via RS485 Modbus RTU back to the central MultiCon device which will display each zone readings, and the graphics can be customised to match your preferred user interface design.
Each zone device can be connected to the computer network via a RJ45 ethernet connection with an assigned IP address for communications. You can use the Ethernet connection to display the realtime view on a PC screen, and download all the logged data onto as many PC’s as you need.
