Pressure vs time data for 20000psi burst pressure test

We are interested in a set up that would allow us to gather pressure vs time data. we need a complete setup with gauge, data collection program, etc. We will be performing industrial hose burst tests and would like to record the data. The burst pressures will be as high as 20,000 psi.

We would suggest a 2000 bar range DM01-500-HD which will read up to 29,000 psi.  The package specified below includes the battery power pressure gauge, internal data-logging memory, USB interface cable for the PC connection and the PC software for collecting the results.

Calibration adjustment

Will the gauge be delivered with software so we can adjust it?

You will be able to adjust any zero offset via the user interface or the software. It is very unlikely you would ever need to adjust the span setting, but if this was ever outside specification, the plug-in pressure sensor module would need to be returned to the factory for re-calibration.

Hydrostatic testing to 20,000 psi

I want a gauge with data logging capability for hydrostatic testing on pressure vessels. I would need a range from 0-20,000 psig.

A 1600 bar range DM01-500-HD would allow you to measure and record pressures up to 20,000 psi.

Measuring higher than 400 bar

My understanding is that it is not possible to offer a range higher than 400 bar for the DM01, is that still the case?

The DM01 digital pressure gauge is now available with a pressure range of 600 bar, 1000 bar, 1600 bar, 2000 bar and 2200 bar, the schematic drawing below shows the two mechanical configurations that will be available, the first a G1/2 EN837 male and the second a 9/16-18 UNF female which will have the option for fitting a G1/4 EN837, 1/4 NPT, G1/2 EN837 or 1/2 NPT male adapter.

Save readings up to 20,000 psi to CPU

I want to be able to record data on pressure readings up to 20,000 psi and save to a CPU, or to be able to record in real time and save to a CPU?

The DM01-500-HD with the datalogging software kit will allow you to save readings to the internal memory of the pressure gauge, allowing you to subsequently upload the data file to a computer for processing with the software.
