Monitor the water pressure into buildings & factories, or a branch of the water lines provided by a municipality public water supply in a city, town, housing estates or industrial parks. Record pressures at set intervals and save results for later analysis to determine whether there is a low water pressure logged over the duration of the test.
This version of the DM01 has a 230 psi range, a 1/4 NPT male pressure fitting and an internal battery for standalone recording.
It is difficult to settle disputes over a fluctuating water supply between a customer and municipalities if there is no evidence of a pressure drop. Using a pressure data logger you can record the pressure, temperature, date & time for each sample, and then transfer the data to a spreadsheet or a test report to present your findings.
