A digital display and pressure sensor for annealing furnace flow control use to measure pressure of nitrogen over a range of 0 to 3 inH2O differential from two 1/8 NPT male process connections, and sending the corresponding 4-20mA signal through the M12 connector electrical connection.
This DMD 341 differential range pressure sensor can be used in annealing furnace flow control to measure nitrogen pressure from 0 to 3 inches of water column differential pressure.
The sensor is installed using a 1/8 inch NPT tapered male thread to measure the nitrogen, and the 4 to 20 milliamp current output is connected to signal monitoring instrumentation using the M12 type pin connector.
Also a PA 430 local digital display readout is provided for adding onto the differential pressure sensor so that nitrogen pressure can be monitored at the mounting point in annealing furnace flow control applications.
