Wireless pressure measurement kit for pneumatic monitoring and testing use with a 75psig range plus a 1/4 NPT male fitting. Each pressure reading is transmitted wirelessly to a single channel base receiver, where it is converted to a 1-5Vdc or 4-20mA analogue output signal.
This IWPT wireless pressure monitoring package for use in pneumatic control system, comprises of two types of device, a battery powered wireless pressure sensor and a wireless base receiver.
The battery powered wireless pressure sensor consists of a pressure transducer module and signal conditioning electronics to measure pressure over the calibrated range of 0 to 75 psi g. The sensor is installed using a 1/4 NPT tapered male thread fitting and the pressure reading is transmitted using an inbuilt wireless transceiver. The pressure transducer module, signal conditioning and wireless transceiver are powered internally by a replaceable Lithium C cell battery.
Each transmitted pressure reading is collected using the single channel wireless receiver for pairing 1 wireless pressure sensor input and sending out a 1-5Vdc or 4-20mA analogue output. A 5 amp rated alarm switch and LED indicator is also included for alerting a system or operator of missed transmissions or when a pressure threshold has been exceeded.
