I’m looking for a way to remotely monitor the pressure in a fender deployed from the side of a ship, the nominal pressure required is 0-100kPa but over pressure protection would be required. The fender will contain a mix of air and sea water and the pressure sender will be exposed to salt water. The display unit will be on the ship and can be protected from the worst of the environment. The connection cable will need to be 8m long and the display should have a 24Vdc power input.
The SWL is a a IP68 pressure sensor which is made from Marine bronze for compatibility with sea-water. The SRP-N118 is a IP65 rated wall mountable display with high visibility LED digits and a 24Vdc supply input.
