Pressure gauge and hand pump for calibrating up to 150psi?

I am working in a water treatment plant and will be calibrating tank level transducers, pressure transducers and head loss transducers. The maximum pressure I will be calibrating will be up to 150 psi, I was looking at the PGS40 handpump with either dial or digital test gauges.  What combination would you suggest for my application?

What hand pump for calibrating up to 150psi?Firstly we would suggest selecting the PGS40 pneumatic hand pump with both BSP and NPT adaptors if you have mixture of both types in use at your water treatment plant.

What pressure gauge for calibrating up to 150psi?Since you intend to use the hand pump for calibration we would advise to go for the LEX1 which is a 0.05% accuracy digital pressure gauge with a range of -1 to 20 bar (-15 to +300 psi). The dial test gauges are really intended for test purposes only and do not have sufficient accuracy for calibration purposes.

If you have a lot of devices to calibrate below 30 psi we would also suggest going for the LEX1 with a -1 to 2 bar (-15 to +30 psi) range to maintain calibration accuracy for the low range devices.

If your site is a waste water treatments works you will also be able to use the digital test gauge in a hazardous zone if choose the intrinsically safe approved version of the LEX1.
