Monitor fuel levels in telecom generator tanks with this submersible level sensor. Features low-power output, robust design, and wide temperature range.
This version of the IMTG submersible level transducer is ideally suited for the remote monitoring of diesel fuel levels within tanks commonly found at mobile phone cellular transmitter/receiver mast sites. These installations, often in isolated locations, require reliable and accurate fuel level measurement to ensure continuous operation of backup generators, particularly during power outages. The IMTG transducer provides precise level measurement in tanks up to 5 meters (16.5 feet) deep, making it suitable for a wide range of generator tank sizes.
A key feature of the IMTG is its low-power voltage output signal, ranging from 0.5 to 4.5V. This signal is proportional to the fuel level, allowing for easy integration with remote monitoring and control systems commonly employed at cell tower sites. This capability enables operators to receive real-time fuel level data, facilitating proactive maintenance and preventing costly downtime due to fuel shortages.
