Our research requires the testing of various materials to determine their burst pressures for future applications. We are pressurizing a chamber with various materials spanning an opening and slowly increasing pressure until the material bursts. We need to be able to test a wide range of materials to be able to analyze their burst pressures. This requires us to be able to access the maximum pressure the chamber reached at the point that the material burst. We need a gauge with a max pressure functionality, and the ability to register pressures up to 10 bar.
We would suggest the DM 10 pressure gauge which continuously records the maximum reached pressure, so you can view this after the material has burst and the chamber has returned to atmospheric pressure.
