The DMP 304 is specically designed for extreme high pressure and utilises a highly trusted foil strain gauge technology which is bonded to an all welded stainless steel 17-14PH sensing diaphragm. This high pressure sensing assembly provides a mechanically robust construction to withstand hydraulic pressures up to 600 megapascals.

I’m putting together a test frame and need a sensor to measure pressure up to 30 ksi. Fluid will be mainly water, with some glycol to prevent freezing at cold test temperature of -40F.

40,000 psi pressure indicator
Do you have a digital pressure indicator with an upper limit of 40,000 psi?
We would suggest using a SRP-N118 which is a wall mountable digital display and sensor conditioning unit and combine that with a DMP304 which is capable of measuring up to 40,000psi.
The indicator will require external power, either a mains ac voltage or low dc voltage. The sensor and indicator can be joined together by the installer or alternatively they can be connected in the factory prior to delivery with the required length of cable and configured to read in psi pressure units.
2500 bar or 35,000 psi pressure indicator
We are looking for a pressure indicator to measure over 0 to 2500 bar, the display unit will need to be mains operated and display either psi or bar. Ideally we would like the indicator to be in a self contained box so that it is not necessary to install it in a rack or box. What can you suggest?
The DMP304 is available with a range scaled from 0-2500 bar and a 4-20mA output. The DMP304 could be matched and calibrated with a SRP-N118 which is an IP65 enclosed digital indicator for wall mounting and can be powered by high voltage ac mains supply of 230Vac +/-10%.
The SRP-N118 display can be set-up to read in bar or psi which is set at the factory. It is not possible to configure dual scaling with the SRP-N118, however the CMC99 which is a very versatile indicator with a configurable user interface could be configured with dual scales.
